I was trying to register for a summer class online but the system kept giving me errors. Finally, I called the number on their website and got to talk to a lovely woman who happily answered all of my questions and offered to fix many of the problems from her end.

It was great talking to a real person instead of trying to get a robot to understand what I was saying!
