Loud but proud

We were at a local bar to watch the Super Bowl, cheering on our home team the Seattle Seahawks. We sat at the bar to be part of the ruckus, and there was a gentleman sitting by himself next to us. The crowd was boisterous, so I worried that we were going to bother him.

My husband impressed me when he made a point of introducing himself to the lone stranger and asking the gentleman’s name. For the rest of the game, they laughed and celebrated together like old friends.
