Buffalo fans understood the assignment

As Cami Clune began to sing the Canadian national anthem before Game 5 of a recent Stanley Cup hockey playoff game in Buffalo, her mic malfunctioned. But 19,000 Buffalo Sabres fans didn’t miss a beat – literally.

They sang every word of “O Canada” loud and proud (with near-perfect pitch!) all the way to the end – even though no Canadian team was playing that night. Their 55-year tradition of singing both the Canadian and American national anthems at every game shows respect for their close neighbors.

These people live life together. So they rise above the political noise and support each other.

Watch the video – this incredible show of unity will give you chills!
